Addressing Major Weather Conditions on a Mountain Peak
Customer Type: Communications Company
Industry: Commercial Construction
The customer had a facility atop a 12,500-ft mountain peak. Extreme weather conditions led to entry doors being frozen shut and gaping seals that allowed moisture inside the facility. The customer feared that water, snow or ice would continue to build up and cause costly equipment to be damaged or malfunction.
Technicians were flown by helicopter to the site to make installations and repairs. The customer appreciated our flexibility to be ready when the weather was suitable to fly up the mountain and make all the repairs in the same trip.
